Synthia Chowdhury, DDS
Dentist
Hello! My name is Dr. Synthia Chowdhury. After marrying my loving husband, Jahan, I moved to Ohio and have loved living here and being part of this community! I have been tremendously passionate about dentistry since high school, and I feel truly fortunate to have been able to make that my reality. I am honored to be able to transform smiles into people’s strength and confidence. I previously practiced dentistry in Virginia, where I also earned my Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2019 from Virginia Commonwealth University. It is a passion of mine to give back to my community, and I have loved volunteering for community dental projects such as Mission of Mercy, Special Olympics, and Give Kids A Smile. In order to be able to serve the Columbus community better in the future, I plan to organize a dental volunteering program where our office is able to take care of the underserved population once a year.
When I am not doing dentistry, I spend my time with family and friends. I grew up in Dubai and am originally from Bangladesh, so I love traveling home and all over the world! In the past two years, my husband and I have traveled to 20 states. We hope to continue our adventures outside of the US in the future.

Jessica Yagi
Office Manager
My name is Jessica Slack Yagi, and I am the Office Manager. I was practically born on a dental chair, and my dad, Dr. Slack, hasn't let me leave since. After graduating from Miami University in 2008, I served in the Peace Corps in Niger. I met my husband, Moctar, there, and we are proud parents of Henna and Reyna. I have a love of languages (fluent in French), West African cuisine, and a passion for M. Nicholson Hip Hop Fitness. Lastly, let's not forget my penchant for front desk karaoke, whether or not I am in tune.

Rebecca Caplinger

Hey guys, Rebecca here, Dr. Chowdhury's left-hand gal! I graduated from Hayes Technical Vocational School in 2000 and obtained my EFDA certification in 2009. I am truly fortunate to be a part of this amazing team. I take pride in being able to help alleviate dental anxiety. I deeply enjoy getting to know our patients and providing "TLC" to get the smile that you need and want.Fun fact: I love spending time riding my motorcycle with no destination in mind. Also, I always think about my next travel plans.
Jessica Stevens, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Hi! My name is Jessica Stevens. I completed my B.S. in Dental Hygiene at The Ohio State University with summa cum laude honors in 2016. Later, I returned to The Ohio State University and earned a second degree in nursing.I believe in providing the highest quality patient care, with extreme attention to detail. When I’m not busy working, I’m spending time with my growing family. My husband, Zach, is a financial consultant and a wonderful dad. I have a one-year old son, Lincoln, and I’m currently pregnant with my daughter, who will be joining us in the summer of 2023.
One fun fact about me is that I’m a hot sauce connoisseur. If you ever need some, just ask; it’s in my purse.
Sherrie Montgomery, RDH
Dental Hygienist
With an 11-year streak in dental assisting, I chose dental hygiene as my next career step. Graduating with Cum Laude from Shawnee State University in 1998, I continued to grow in my passion to help others improve their overall health, starting with their oral health. I take pride in providing the highest quality of care to all of my patients. Strong relationships, caring for a child's first dental visit, and giving back to those less privileged are just a few of my favorite aspects of being a dental hygienist. Outside of the office, I reside in Groveport, and I am a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Groveport. I share my love for others while raising my two granddaughters to do the same.
Kendra Wiley
Dental Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist
Hi! My name is Kendra. I am the first person to greet you when you walk in, and sometimes the last before you leave! I began my career in dentistry right at the beginning of the pandemic. I instantly fell in love with dentistry and helping to give back to the community. I plan to obtain my CDA and EFDA certifications in the near future to further my career as an assistant! In my free time, I enjoy time with my amazing husband Sam and our two golden retrievers, who are full of energy. Also, I spend time on my farm with our 16 goats; we raised an indoor goat who takes up all of my time! I look forward to meeting you!
